How does the Wii My Fitness Coach compared to the Wii Fit Game?  Don’t get me wrong I think they’re both excellent exercise games.

I think the Wii fit game is more laid back and specifically designed for beginners or for people who are just getting started with an exercise routine.

The Wii My Fitness Coach is more of an intense high impact aerobic exercise workout; design more for the people who are at an intermediate to advanced fitness level.

With the Wii My Fitness Coach game, you will not need the Wii Balance Board.  But believe me even without th  balance board you will still get a high intense workout.

Similar to the Wii fit, the Wii My Fitness Coach will analyze your fitness level by asking you a series of questions such as; your birth date, your height and weight, your sex and other basic information.

The fitness coach get a little bit more technical and specific with the next round of questioning, and this is to ensure that you will be utilizing all other small equipment you may have already in your home.  The game can use small equipment such as hand weight, step platform, fitness balls, heart monitors and more.  The customizable exercise routine will take into consideration and actually use any of the small equipment that you may have in your home.
