<p>A good piece of video game news coming below. GfK Chart track has once again released the weekly all formats gaming charts and they have seen Wii Sports Resort once again climb to the top spot, only just beating the recent Wolfenstein release.</p>
<p>For the past 2 weeks, Ashes Cricket 2009 claimed the all formats top spot, however, Wii Sports Resort has managed to reclaim it&#8217;s crown and get back onto the 1st place. Reclaiming this sport now means the title has been at the top for 15 weeks since it&#8217;s release earlier this year.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, Activision wasn&#8217;t able to claim the number 1 spot with their recent release, Wolfenstein. With 2000 less sales that Wii Sports Resort, it only managed to get number one of Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC charts, not too bad.</p>
<p>Despite Activision not being able to claim the top spot, they should still be happy that they have 3 of their games all in the top 10 best sellers.</p>
<p>However, both Activision and Nintendo might have some stiff competition in the upcoming few weeks with the release of Batman: Arkham Asylum. Batman: Arkham Asylum has already proven very popular within the pre-order charts, also, with the demo being released less than a month ago, sites that do video game reviews have been going pretty mad. I wouldn&#8217;t be surprised to see the new Batman game at the top spot very soon.</p>
<p>To neatly tidy this post off, here is the top 20 all format charts by GfK Chart Track. All of these games have been given extremely good video game ratings.</p>

<h1>Wii fitness with the Wii fit</h1>
<p>With the launch of the <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo Wii Fitness</a> products, a new fun and entertaining way to keep fit enters our homes. This brand new product from Nintendo, called <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Fit</a>, will take the form of a <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/balanceB/file.php" target="_blank">balance board</a> controller accessory and a <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">bundled exercise game</a>.</p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo Wii revolution</a> continues with the pending launch of the new <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Fitness</a> products as announced at this year&#8217;s E3 2007. This brand new product from Nintendo, called Wii Fit, will take the form of a balance board controller accessory and a bundled exercise game.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/wii-dance-revolution.jpg" alt="wii dance" width="140" height="160" /></a><br />
<a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Dance Revolution2</a></p>
<p>The Wii Fitness products take off from where Wii Sports started by introducing active-play games that are not only great fun to play, but also great exercise as well. In fact the <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/balanceB/file.php" target="_blank">Wii balance board</a> brings exercise and fitness for the entire body. The software and balance board is aimed at a large array of exercise based fun, including dancing, aerobics, balancing, and of course games.</p>
<p>The Wii Fit software uses the balance board to compile data in order to plan your fitness progress over a period of time. The software&#8217;s fitness measurement system can collect data about an individual in order to keep track of their fitness goals.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/wii-fit.jpg" alt="wii fit" width="190" height="190" /></a><br />
<a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Fit</a></p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">fitness readings</a> are presented in the way of a graph that measures your body mass index (BMI) and will adapt your Mii character accordingly. The Mii character is a animated character that represents an individual player&#8217;s physique, so it&#8217;s important to enter your stats correctly for accurate progress analysis.</p>
<p>Once your personal settings are calibrated, you can then start to have fun playing the <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">fitness mini games.</a> One of the most fun Wii Fitness games looks like the football heading game, in which the players are required to move their heads in the right direction to head the oncoming balls.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/wiieataeboa.jpg" alt="wii fit" width="248" height="248" /></a></p>
<p>Other mini games include doing hula hoops by shaking your hips and a marble madness style game where your balance is key to winning. The more serious fitness style games include doing strenuous  <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">balancing exercises</a> , press-ups, and yoga.</p>
<p>The release date has still not been announced and neither has the price, but the price is rumoured to be in the range of $49 to $69.</p>
<p>What the new <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo Wii Fitness products</a> will hopefully bring is a whole new line up of interactive games. Who knows yet, but I can already imagine the likes of <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/nintendo-wii-bundle-games-and-fitness-in-a-bundle">skiing</a>, snowboarding, <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/nintendo-wii-bundle-games-and-fitness-in-a-bundle">skate boarding</a>, and so on. Maybe these future games could be used in conjunction with the Wii remote for a complete interactive experience?</p>
<p><a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiimyfitnesscoach/file.php" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/my-fitness-coach.jpeg" alt="my fitness coach" width="114" height="160" /></a><br />
<a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiimyfitnesscoach/file.php" target="_blank">My Fitness Coach</a></p>
<p>Whatever happens next, the <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net">Nintendo Wii</a> and the new <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Fitness range</a> are taking the console to a new level that the likes of Microsoft and Sony will find tough to match, especially at Nintendo&#8217;s affordable prices.</p>

<p>If you are trying to find out which <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo Wii games</a> are the best for keeping you fit, then this article will be of interest to you. In this article we will take a look at the key features that make the <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo Wii </a>different from all the other consoles, and then we will look at the <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">top 3 Wii games</a> for exercise which include (in no particular order, <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/EAsportsActive/file.php" target="_blank">Wii sport</a>&nbsp; <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitbundle/file.php" target="_blank">Wii fit </a>and <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Dance revolution</a>.) By the time you have finished reading the information presented within this article you will know which games will get the maximum fitness benefits out of your <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo console</a>.<br /> <!-- WSA: ad in context wiifit not shown: too many ads --><br /> Before we go into any specifics lets take a look at what distinguishes the Wii from its competition, as well as what makes it so popular. The unique selling point of this console is its technology. The technology that it uses allows the player to use his or her own movement to play the game, so rather than just sitting on your sofa, you can actually be up on your feet burning calories. As a result of this USP the Wii has become extremely popular with children and adults alike. Now that you know what makes this console stand out from all the others lets look at the top three games that can help you to keep fit.</p>
<p> <a href="Dance Revolution2" target="_blank" title="wii dance"><img src="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/wii-dance-revolution.jpg" alt="Wii Dance Revolution 2" width="140" height="160" /></a><br /> &nbsp;<a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Dance Revolution2</a></p>
<p>In at number three, we have a game that goes by the name of&nbsp; <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Dance Revolution</a>. The great thing about dancing is, it is fun and it can help you to burn calories, and you get both of these benefits when playing this game. This game involves the player doing certain dances steps in time to music, it keeps the player interested and can potentially be played for hours before they get bored. By this time you would have burnt off several calories and had a very good cardiovascular workout. Now that we&#8217;ve looked at <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Dance Revolution</a>, lets take a look at which game gets the second spot in out top 3 <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">best wii games</a> for <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">fitness and exercise</a>.</p>
<p> <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/wiifitgame.jpg" alt="wii sports" width="160" height="100" /></a><br /> &nbsp;<a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Sport Bundle</a></p>
<p>In at number 2 is <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Sport.</a> This game come free with the <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo Wii console</a>, and it is an excellent game to play if you are trying to keep fit. The reason why is because it involves the player mimicking the actions performed in real life sports. There are five sports to choose from, these include boxing, tennis, bowling golf and baseball.</p>
<p>Sports are an excellent way to lose weight and keep fit, because they can be fun, but certain sport can be quite painful as well, i.e. <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiiboxing/file.php" target="_blank">boxing</a>. In this game you get all the enjoyable parts of boxing without the punches! At number 2, I highly recommend this game, so if you are considering getting a Wii, go for it, because this game comes free. Now let&#8217;s take a look at which game gets the number 1 spot for fitness and exercise.</p>
<p> <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/my-fitness-coach.jpeg" alt="my fitness coach" width="114" height="160" /></a><br /> <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Wii My Fitness Coach</a></p>
<p>The number 1 spot goes to a game called <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Fit</a>. This game gets the highest spot because it is tailor made for the individual who wants to keep fit while playing their console. This game has a lot of helpful features i.e. it works out your body mass index and it allows you to track your fitness progress. There are four main training modes which include strength, yoga,&nbsp; <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">balance and aerobics</a>. This game has something for everyone and is highly recommended. It is clearly the best game for fitness, so if you haven&#8217;t already got it go and get a copy.</p>
<p>Now that you have read this article you should know what has made the <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/ea-sports-active-game-by-nintendo-wii-fitness">Nintendo Wii </a>so popular with adults and children, you should also know which game (in my opinion) is the best for keeping fit.</p>

<p>The <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo Wii</a> it seems, puts pay to the concerns in recent years over the inactivity in children due to their interest in video games consoles. The <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">Wii console</a> really sets itself apart from the rest with its&nbsp; <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">revolutionary</a> motion sensitive controller, which actually requires movement in order to play the games.<br /> <!-- WSA: ad in context wiifit not shown: too many ads --><br /> The <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo Wii</a> comes with the game <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Sports</a>, which includes <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">tennis</a>, <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">baseball</a>, <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">bowling</a>, <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiibundle/file.php" target="_blank">golf</a> and <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiiboxing/file.php" target="_blank">boxing</a>. In tennis you will be swinging the remote as if it were a tennis racket and flicking it up to toss the ball into the air with a quick swing to serve just like the real thing. The other <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Sports games</a> work in a similar way simulating controller movements for like movements onscreen. Boxing however is the only&nbsp; <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/EAsportsActive/file.php" target="_blank">Wii Sports game</a>&nbsp; that uses the&nbsp; <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">nunchuk attachment</a> and is the most physically exhausting game of them all. In order to hit your opponent in the head or body, you will have to aim high or low with your swings.<br /> <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/EAsportsActive/file.php" target="_blank" title="EA SPorts Active"><img src=" http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/wiieataeboa.jpg" alt="Wii Fitness sports" width="273" height="273" /></a><br /> There are three different activities with each game. In training mode, you will participate in random challenges, after which you will be assigned a fitness age, based on your performance. Sound familiar? The Nintendo DS game, Brain Training comes to mind&#8230;a physical version perhaps?</p>
<p>The important thing here is that <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/ea-sports-active-game-by-nintendo-wii-fitness">gamers</a> are becoming more physically active without even realising it &#8211; you could say it has a &#8216;kill two birds with one stone&#8217; effect, combining <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/ea-sports-active-game-by-nintendo-wii-fitness">video game</a> play with physical activity, so given this &#8216;physical&#8217; nature of the Wii, I wouldn&#8217;t be surprised if parents rushed out to buy Nintendo Wii just to get their kids off the sofa!</p>
<p>Another great thing about the <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo Wii</a> is that it appeals not only to kids and teens but to adults too, so its something the whole family can enjoy.</p>
<p>Could the <a href="http://www.wiifitnessgame.net/wiifitnessstore/file.php" target="_blank">Nintendo Wii revolutionize</a> the way we play video games in the future? It will be interesting to see what Nintendo&#8217;s competitors come up with next!</p>
